2. Fill in the form that you will see below indicating whether it is a change or a return . In the case of a change, indicate which item you want.

How we make returns

Once we receive the item you want to return, we will pay you the amount of the product (not including shipping costs).

In the event that your item is defective or we have made a mistake in the reference, we will bear the costs.

You will receive the amount in the same way you made the purchase if it is through your card, if not to your bank account .

The return process can take up to 15 business days.
